The Office of Postgraduate Medical Education is responsible for overseeing the educational and administrative aspects of all the postgraduate residency programs at Queen's University. We have an 'open door' policy and residents are assured confidentiality by all members of Postgraduate team. Announcements Residents as Teachers (RaTs) Published Fri Aug 01/08 2:00pm. Due to the success of the first Residents as Teachers (RaTs) program, the Postgrad office is happy to announce that Dr. Leslie Flynn will be offering this educational program again for the 2008-2009 year. RaTs is an educational program for residents who are interested in developing their skills as a teacher. For those Residents who have registered to participate in the RaTs program for the 2008-2009 year, the first session will begin with Dr. Flynn on the evening of September 10, 2008.
